Technical Writer (m/f/d)
Quantum-Systems is an international company that specializes in the development, design, and production of advanced multi-sensor unmanned aerial systems (UAS) that collect aerial intelligence for commercial customers and government agencies. All relevant system components such as the aircraft, autopilot, sensor integration and planning software are developed in-house.
We are looking for a talented Technical Writer (m/f/d) to help create build and standardize our customer and internal documentation. You will be a core part of our Product Management team working closely with training management, engineering, marketing and sales to create resources that accelerates a user from novice to a power user. Customer performance is crucial to Quantum Systems and the content you will build will create a powerful impact.

About the role:
- Work with training managers, engineers, sales and marketing to produce and maintain sophisticated documentation, including training manuals, user guides, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, technical manuals descriptions
- Build and maintain client training aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, and other educational techniques
- Able to deliver and communicate training information in a way that is engaging and understood by students
- Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve user value
- Act as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation across Quantum Systems
- Monitor metrics on the usage and success of training materials to prioritize future training investments
Your profile:
- Technical writing experience.
- Experience in Aerospace/UAVs is a plus.
- Training and / or Facilitating experience.
- Experience working in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.
- Experience working cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product.
- Excellent communication skills -verbal, written, and presentation.
- Due to your open, communicative, friendly and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.
- You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.
- Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
