Quantum-Systems is an international company that specializes in the development, design, and production of advanced multi-sensor unmanned aerial systems (UAS) that collect aerial intelligence for commercial customers and government agencies. All relevant system components such as the aircraft, autopilot, sensor integration and planning software are developed in-house.

To support our Marketing Team in Gilching, near Munich, we are now looking for a

Videographer/ Photographer/ Video Editor (m/f/d)

• Creating target group specific videos for various channels and take it from research, script development, shoot planning, shooting, and editing.
• Suggesting opportunities to improve existing material and stay abreast of relevant, key industry stories, trends, and events to ensure our visual content resonates with and reflects the needs of our heterogenous audience while strengthening our brand. 
• Produce the most aesthetic product photography in our own in-house studio.
• Capture different perspectives and film drone-to-drone with our in-house filming drone.
• Secure filming permits and image rights.
• Store all media assets in all formats needed in today’s world and make them available for internal and external stakeholders. 

• 2-3 years of demonstrable track record of videography, photography, and video editing, ideally in a tech environment.
• Passionate and proficient storyteller who understands how to create engaging visual content and how to tell a story across different mediums to maximize impact and connectivity with target audiences.
• Can-do attitude and the ability to work with and build on the ideas of others.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, you are pro—active and a fast-learner willing to set new standards.
• A natural networker with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with different teams and to bridge brand, marketing, sales, and product functions.
• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom is required and experience in Blender/ Cinema4D or Keyshot is advantageous.
