About the Job

 As a Product Owner, you will become a key player and driving force within the teams developing revolutionary software solutions — a platform for efficient management of a wide range of unmanned systems operating in the air, on the ground, and on water, as well as a highly realistic simulator designed to improve the training process for military pilots.

What is your Day to Day Mission 

  • Collect feedback from real users, customers, and key stakeholders, and transform it into specific product requirements; 

  • Analyze best practices and competitors to generate hypotheses and recommendations for product development; 

  • Conduct regular grooming sessions and create corresponding Jira issues (epics, stories, sub-tasks) for development teams; 

  • Coordinate development priorities with other Product Management team members, maintain an up-to-date backlog, and ensure the relevance of key team performance indicators; 

  • Participate in regular meetings within the Product Management and Product Development Lifecycles; 

  • Take an active part in preparing and executing test plans to verify compliance with acceptance criteria. 

 

What brings you to the team 

  •  3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership 

  • Proven experience contributing to complex product lifecycles — from concept to release. 

  • Hands-on experience with Agile product development in multidisciplinary engineering teams. 

  • Deep familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product backlog management. 

  • Ability to draft structured capability requirements with measurable acceptance criteria. 

  • Experience participating in or managing product/system validation and flight testing processes. 

  • Solid problem-solving skills and resilience working in high-uncertainty, high-impact environments. 

  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering, leadership, and operations. 

  • Understanding of UAV system architecture, including airframe design, propulsion, avionics, and control systems would be preferable. 

  • Fluency in English.
