Head of Customer Support, Success and Training (m/f/d)

As a Head of Customer Support, Success, and Training, you are a key part of our commercial sales team to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience and unleash the whole potential of our products.

You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and will have 3 team leads and up to 20 employees in reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and training services. You will be working closely with stakeholders from the product development and engineering teams.


What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Led and managed a team of support specialists, customer success, and training managers
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Establishing after-sales support & maintenance as a new revenue stream
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Deliver training programs to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and training

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAV industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Nice to have: technical knowledge and the ability to address high-level technical issues
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
