Quantum-Systems is an international company that specializes in the development, design, and production of advanced multi-sensor unmanned aerial systems (UAS) that collect aerial intelligence for commercial customers and government agencies. All relevant system components such as the aircraft, autopilot, sensor integration and planning software are developed in-house.

To support our HR Team in Gilching, near Munich, we are now looking for a

(Tech) Recruiter (m/f/d)

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process with the stakeholders and create an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gain unique understanding of open positions
• Develop individual and target group specific sourcing strategies and identify/approach candidates via Active Sourcing
• Utilize tools, programs, and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates
• Build and maintain manageable talent pools for our key positions (e.g., R&D, Sales, etc..)
• Analyze data and implement process improvements across the recruitment function
• Establish a university and networking event roadmap to address and attract talents

• Where you come from: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, HR, or similar degree.
• Your Experience: Several years of working experience within HR and especially Recruiting (preferably Tech-Recruiting), Active Sourcing and selection methods.
• Your skills: Familiar with Active Sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and other sourcing channels.
• Your passion: Passion for people, success, and positive work environments. Empathic team player with strong communication skills.
