Our kitchen combines artisanal cooking with the structure of a modern corporate catering operation. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their career and is eager to take on responsibility.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations

• Independently managing kitchen stations

• Shared responsibility for quality, organization, and cleanliness

• Guiding and supervising the team

• Assisting with menu development and daily specials

• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of HACCP guidelines

What you bring to the team:

• Completed training as a chef

• Experience in upscale gastronomy or ambitious kitchen environments

• Motivation to further develop professionally and organizationally

• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a high awareness of quality

• Clean and well-structured working style

• Your engaging personality, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality are a natural part of who you are
