
As a Corporate Security Manager, you will be a key part of supporting the local manufacturing of advanced drone systems in Romania. Together with our World-Class Team, you will play an empowering role in delivering systems for one of Romania's most significant defense procurement programs, with drone assembly taking place entirely in Romania under the European SAFE initiative. The Romanian production site will not only support local defense programs but will also contribute to fulfilling customer orders across Europe and support the delivery of mission-critical systems for Ukraine, reinforcing Quantum Systems' commitment to strengthening European security and defense capabilities. As Quantum Systems continues to expand its industrial footprint in Romania, your mission will be to help build mission-critical technology trusted by NATO forces and deployed in demanding operational environments across Europe and Ukraine while pushing the boundaries of drone technologies.

What is your Day-to-Day Mission:
Develop and enforce corporate security, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses across facilities, operations, and personnel
Implement and oversee physical security measures, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and site protection
Manage security incidents, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions
Develop and coordinate crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity plans
Assess travel, personnel, and operational security risks, including high-risk environments
Manage external security providers, technology partners, and relationships with authorities and law enforcement
Advise leadership on security matters and drive company-wide security awareness and culture
Monitor security performance through reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support cross-functional projects related to security, compliance, resilience, and risk mitigation
What you bring to the team:
Several years of professional experience in Corporate Security, Industrial Security, Protective Services, or a related security management function.
Proven experience managing security investigations, incident response, and crisis management processes.
Experience working with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external security providers.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, defence, aerospace, or other security-sensitive environments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and alarm management.
Experience in risk management, security planning, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
Understanding of relevant legal, regulatory, and security compliance requirements.
Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Security Manager (CSM), or similar qualifications are considered an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and pragmatic approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive security initiatives across the organization.
High level of integrity, discretion, professionalism, and accountability.
Professional communication skills in English or German; Ukrainian language skills are a significant advantage.
