Head of Marketing (Ukraine)

Quantum-Systems is a strong supporter of Ukraine and has it’s local Ukrainian office since 2022.

As Team Lead Marketing, you will lead all local marketing activities, including events, campaigns, employer branding, and market positioning within Ukraine. As part of the Sales Team, you will strengthen Quantum Systems’ visibility in Ukraine and support business growth, talent acquisition, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement. 

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Define and execute the marketing strategy for Ukraine, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global priorities

• Lead and develop the local marketing function, setting goals, priorities, and performance metrics

• Drive brand awareness, and market positioning

• Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and People teams to attract top talent

• Manage the development of marketing content, brand assets, communications, and campaign materials

• Coordinate with the Global Strategic Communications Team and inform and drive the global marketing approach with marketing innovations from Ukraine

• Manage marketing budgets, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing investments based on performance data

What you bring to the team:

• 7+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2G marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role

• Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies in deftech/miltech sphere

• Strong expertise in brand management, events, communications

• Experience leading and developing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills

• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and translating insights into action

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in international and matrix organizations

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
