Quality Control Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Quality Control Engineer, you will develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and international standards. Your work will be essential in maintaining product reliability and driving continuous improvement across our production operations.

You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Flight Test, as well as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes for production.

  • Analyze and optimize technological processes to meet quality standards.

  • Create and maintain quality documentation (instructions, methodologies, checklists).

  • Define and implement key quality indicators (KPIs).

  • Monitor product compliance with internal and, in the future, international standards.

  • Collaborate with suppliers on component quality and initiate corrective actions for deviations.

  • Analyze customer complaints and develop measures to reduce defects.

  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.

  • Train personnel on quality standards and control methods.

What you bring to the team:

  • Higher technical education.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Technologist in manufacturing (preferably electronics or assembly production).

  • Knowledge of key quality control methodologies (FMEA, 8D, SPC, 5Why, PDCA).

  • Experience in developing technological documentation and control procedures.

  • Ability to work with measuring equipment and analyze measurement results.

  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and analytical tools.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Professional skills of communication in English or German

    • Ukrainian language as a significant plus
