Software Developer PLM (.NET / C#) (m/f/d)

Join the team building and scaling Sloth, Quantum Systems' internal Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform.

As a Software Developer, you will help shape and develop business-critical applications that connect Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Management. You will contribute to the evolution of Sloth into a scalable enterprise platform while building internal expertise and long-term ownership for one of our most important business systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design, develop and maintain features across the Sloth platform

• Build scalable and reliable solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions

• Develop modern web and desktop applications supporting product lifecycle and engineering processes

• Contribute to architecture, integrations and technical standards

• Improve platform performance, maintainability and user experience

• Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement and long-term platform ownership

What you bring to the team:

• Professional experience developing software with C# and .NET

• Experience building modern web and/or desktop applications

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs and system integrations

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• A hands-on, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset

• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blazor and modern .NET application development

• Experience with WPF desktop application development

• Familiarity with PLM, PDM, ERP or other enterprise applications

• Experience working with engineering, manufacturing or product development processes

• Knowledge of Azure and cloud-native architectures

• Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment
