Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d)

As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you play a key role in shaping the rewards strategy of our fast-growing international tech company. You design scalable, data-driven compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, motivate, and retain top talent global. ​

As a trusted sparring partner for leaders and employees, you provide hands-on advice on compensation, incentives, and equity, and drive cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design, implementation, and continuous development of globally consistent yet locally competitive compensation models​

• Conducting global compensation benchmarking, taking into account regional labor markets, cost structures, and regulatory differences​

• Building and maintaining an international job architecture with clear career paths and pay bands across countries and functions​

• Designing, implementing, and managing international bonus, incentive, and, where applicable, equity programs (e.g., ESOP/VSOP) ​

• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, as well as implementing international pay transparency standards​

• Collaborating with HR, Finance, and global management team, providing advisory support on international hires, mobility, and compensation decision

What you bring to the team:

• You have several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international company, preferably in the tech sector​

• Strong knowledge of global compensation structures, benchmarking, job architectures, as well as variable and long-term incentive models​

• Excellent understanding of international labor, tax, and social security regulations​

• Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and excellent advisory capabilities​

• Fluent communication in both German and English.
