As Demi Chef de Partie (m/w/d), you will be a key part of our Culinary Team, delivering high-quality meals and creating an outstanding food experience for our employees. Together with our team, you will bring creativity, quality, and passion to every dish.

You will work closely with the team to prepare fresh daily breakfast and lunch offerings, maintain the highest food standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere at Quantum Systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Responsibility for a dedicated kitchen station within the daily cook-to-order service

• Preparation and execution of mise en place for your assigned area

• Preparation of high-quality dishes for our daily breakfast and lunch service with regularly changing menus

• Support in the development and implementation of new dishes and seasonal menu concepts

• Ensuring consistently high standards in food quality, presentation, and taste

• Organizing your station efficiently and maintaining structured workflows

• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene regulations and HACCP standards throughout daily operations

What you bring to the team:

• Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)

• Ability to stay organized and maintain oversight in dynamic and fast-paced environments

• Several years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in fine dining, upscale hospitality, or corporate catering

• Confident use of classic cooking techniques and modern preparation methods

• Initial experience in independently managing and running a kitchen station

• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail

• Interest in modern nutrition concepts, such as vegetarian, vegan, and sustainable cuisine

• Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• Willingness to take ownership, assume responsibility, and continuously develop your skills and expertise
