As an Electrician, you will play a key role in our production team, ensuring the reliable assembly, installation, and testing of electrical systems and components within our maritime products. Based in Rostock, you will contribute to building innovative autonomous systems and help deliver high-quality solutions that support our customers in demanding operational environments.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Assemble, install, and wire electrical and electromechanical components according to technical drawings and specifications.

  • Perform electrical integration of subsystems and ensure correct functionality.

  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and fault analysis of electrical systems and assemblies.

  • Support commissioning activities and verify compliance with quality and safety standards.

  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

  • Document assembly, testing, and inspection results accurately.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous optimization initiatives.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with safety regulations.

  • Ensure high-quality workmanship while meeting production schedules and delivery targets.


What you bring to the team:

  • Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.

  • Hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wiring, installation, and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and documentation.

  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and quality requirements in a manufacturing environment.

  • Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality.

  • Strong practical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

  • Flexibility and willingness to contribute in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

  • Good communication skills in English; German language skills are considered a plus.
