Engineering Technologist

The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to work full-time in the office. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

We’re looking for an Engineering Technologist to join our production team and help develop advanced composite components for aerospace applications. You’ll be involved in the entire technological preparation cycle — from process design to production support — ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with cutting-edge standards.

What is your Day-to-Day Mission:

1. Process Development & Optimization

• Develop technological processes for manufacturing composite parts.

• Create process documentation: technological cards, instructions, and routing sheets.

• Optimize workflows to reduce defects and production time.

2. Production Support & Quality Assurance

• Monitor and support production at all stages.

• Ensure compliance of actual production with approved technologies.

• Identify and eliminate technological defects.

• Analyze errors and propose improvements.

3. Documentation & Collaboration

• Prepare acceptance reports and test protocols.

• Develop control charts for finished products.

• Select PPE and auxiliary materials.

• Conduct technical briefings for production personnel.

• Collaborate with design engineers, production supervisors, and quality engineers.

What you bring to the team:

• Higher technical education (aerospace, mechanical engineering, chemical technology, materials science, or related fields).

• Experience in serial production.

• Readiness to learn and develop professionally.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with composite materials and advanced manufacturing technologies.

• Familiarity with aerospace or UAV production processes.

• Knowledge of quality standards and certification requirements.
