Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for delivering transparent, structured, and accurate analytics to support strategic and operational decision‑making. You will play a key role in management reporting, budgeting, financial modeling, and process optimization.

This is an on-site position. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day‑to‑Day Mission

1. Management Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare monthly management reporting packages.

• Perform variance analysis (Plan vs Actual), including driver and factor analysis.

• Conduct cost analysis, including cost centers control and production cost monitoring.

• Analyze COGS, standard costing, and labor utilization.

• Prepare analytical materials and presentations for HQ, CFO, and Board level.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Modeling

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across OPEX, CAPEX, and Personnel.

• Build and maintain financial models (driver‑based, multi‑scenario).

• Assess operational impacts on financial performance and explain deviations to stakeholders.

3. Processes, Systems & Optimization

• Participate in automation and optimization of financial processes.

• Work with ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including non‑finance managers, to improve transparency and efficiency.

What You Bring to the Team

• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A (Middle level).

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong command of ERP systems.

• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).

• Power BI experience — a strong advantage.

• Understanding of manufacturing economics and production logic.

• Ability to explain variances, ask insightful questions, and connect operational drivers with financial outcomes.

• Strong analytical, structured thinking, high attention to detail, and proactivity.

• Ability to communicate effectively with non-finance managers.

• English — Upper‑Intermediate.
