As Head of IT, you will lead and develop the IT function, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure and services that support the company’s operations, engineering teams, and business growth.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring efficient operation of all IT services and infrastructure.

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business and engineering needs.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems, networks, and services.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user devices.

• Manage IT security policies, access control, and compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

• Support engineering and business teams with reliable tools, systems, and infrastructure.

• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.

• Implement and maintain IT processes, documentation, and service management practices.

• Monitor system performance and lead incident response and troubleshooting.

• Plan and manage IT budgets, investments, and technology roadmaps.

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience in IT leadership or senior IT management roles.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.

• Experience managing corporate IT environments, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, access management, and IT governance.

• Experience implementing and managing IT service management processes (ITIL or similar).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Experience managing IT teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical teams.
  
  Nice to have:

• Experience working in technology, aerospace, defense, or engineering companies.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).

• Knowledge of DevOps environments and engineering infrastructure.

• Experience supporting R&D or hardware development teams.

• Certifications in IT management, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
