HR Administrator (m/f/d) - Quantum Frontline Industries

As an HR Administrator at Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI), you will play a key role in managing and executing operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR administration, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting both employees and managers in all administrative and HR-related matters. You will contribute to a structured, reliable, and scalable HR environment by optimizing processes and supporting the continuous development of our HR systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for operational HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)

• Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documents

• Maintenance and management of digital personnel files and master data in Personio

• Independent administration and continuous optimization of the HR system (Personio)

• Support of onboarding and offboarding processes

• Preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider

• Point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative and HR-related matters

• Creation of HR reports and analyses

• Ensuring compliance with labor law and data protection regulations

• Participation in the digitalization and standardization of HR processes

What you bring to the team:

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR administration or personnel management

• Very good knowledge of Personio as well as hands-on experience in administering the system

• Solid knowledge of German labor law and administrative HR processes

• Highly structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style

• Strong service orientation, discretion, and reliability

• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel

• German language skills at C1 level and English at least at B2 level

• Hands-on mentality and motivation to take on responsibility in a dynamic start-up environment
