Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson im Service und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Organizing and coordinating daily service operations

• Actively assisting in front-of-house guest service

• Responsible for cash handling and cash reconciliation

• Coordinating and executing banquets, events, and special formats

• Acting as the interface between kitchen, barista, and guests

• Ensuring service quality, order, and cleanliness

• Complying with all hygiene and quality standards

What you bring to the team:

• Experience in service

• Structured and responsible working style

• Confident demeanor and hospitality mindset

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling

• German and English language skills
