
As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted partner to employees. You will play a key role in shaping people practices that support business goals, team effectiveness, and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring a healthy, engaged, and high-performing organization.
Your Day-to-Day Mission
Partner with managers and leadership teams to support business objectives through effective people strategies
Work closely with team leads on leadership challenges, team development, and performance topics
Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning during growth and change
Own and support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
Design, implement, and continuously improve people processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, PDPs, engagement initiatives)
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, feedback, and workplace matters
Drive performance management practices, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities
Manage employee relations cases with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Administration
Analyze people metrics and insights to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Support change management initiatives and organizational transformations
What You Bring to the Team
3+ years of experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role
Proven experience working closely with managers and leadership teams
Strong systemic mindset and hands-on experience implementing HR processes
Solid understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
Strong communication skills and confidence in advising leaders
Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken)
