People Specialist/HR Generalist

As a People Specialist at Quantum-Systems, you will play a key role in building and scaling our People organization in our brand new facility in

Bucharest. You will work closely with local teams, hiring managers, and leadership to establish people-related processes in the new organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic HR organizational build-up.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• End-to-end ownership of recruiting for Production

• Operational HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, offboarding)

• Build, standardize, and continuously improve recruiting and HR processes

• Close collaboration with managing directors, hiring managers, and external partners

• Drafting and managing employment contracts and supporting labor-related topics

• Establish HR reporting, KPIs, and management insights

What you bring to the team:

• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR, ideally in organizations with a physical production process

• Strong knowledge of the local Labor Law

• Proven experience in building recruiting structures, processes, or new organizational units is a strong plus

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align and moderate diverse requirements

• Structured, independent, and pragmatic working style with a hands-on mindset

• Very good written and spoken English skills

  • Ukrainian or other Slavic languages will be a strong plus
