Production Planner (m/f/d)

As a Production Planner (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our production planning and control function. You will ensure smooth production operations, coordinate material flows, and guarantee the timely release and execution of production orders.

Working closely with Procurement, Production, and Engineering, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our manufacturing processes. With your expertise in production planning, scheduling, and process coordination, you will support Quantum Systems in developing innovative unmanned systems (UXS).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Preparation of production plans and schedules.

• Monitoring production progress and ensuring that delivery deadlines are met.

• Coordinating with other departments to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth production flow.

• Optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and cost savings.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve production performance.

What you bring to the team:

• You have completed training in the technical field, such as mechanical engineering technician.

• You already have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in production planning and control and are familiar with the Netsuite system.

• You are interested in drones, technical processes and interrelationships and love to think outside the box.

• Due to your open, communicative, very friendly and competent appearance, it is easy for you to be seen as an internal expert.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.

• Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
