As a skilled electrician, you will be a significant part of our Quantum Maritime Production Team, and you will be working in the electrical production of the Quantum Maritime Products. With our world-class team of currently 1000 team members around the world, you will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of maritime drone technology.
You will work closely with your colleagues from mechanical production as well as with the stakeholders from the engineering department to build the Quantum Maritime products. With building the first prototypes and implementing them into a serial production, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for sea and underwater data collection solutions with unmanned surface vessels (USV) and unmanned underwater vessels (UUV).
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Laying, pulling, and securing electrical cables
Pre‑assembly and installation of electrical components
Preparation of cable ends
Installation of cable trays and cable routing systems
Connection electrical equipment
Testing and setting-to-work of electrical systems
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following all safety and quality standards
What you bring to the team:
You have experience in electrical manufacturing, electrical installation, shipbuilding, or a comparable technical field
You have knowledge of electrical components, cable types, and installation techniques
You have skills in using common tools for electrical and mechanical assembly
Ability to work accurately according to drawings and work instructions
You are open, communicative, very friendly and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert.
You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.

Based in Rostock, you’ll collaborate with a growing team of mechanical and electrical worker, engineers and leaders as we scale to 100+ maritime experts over the next 12 months. As an electrician, your role is to assemble and outfit all electrical systems and components and to do the system routings within our USVs and UUVs. You are familiar with modern production methods, technical skilled and capable of implementing a proper workmanship within a modern and dynamic work environment.
