Projekt Manager (Transformation) (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager with a strong focus on Post-Merger Integration and transformation, you play a central role in turning strategy into execution in a high-growth environment. Your mission: ensure complex integration and transformation initiatives run smoothly, transparently, and on time. You operate close to the C-level, connect multiple workstreams, and create structure where speed and change are constant. With your organizational strength, stakeholder sensitivity, and execution mindset, you enable the organization to scale, integrate, and perform.

You are not just managing projects — you are ensuring momentum, alignment, and measurable impact during critical phases of growth and transformation.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Coordinate Post-Merger Integration (PMI) activities across all integration streams using tracking tools, structured meetings, and action-item follow-up

• Ensure transparency and progress tracking across PMI workstreams, timelines, and dependencies

• Provide hands-on operational support for C-level initiatives such as organizational readiness, organizational development, industrialization, and scale-up

• Build and implement project portfolio structures, governance frameworks, and steering mechanisms

• Drive complex transformation and strategy projects in fast-growing, dynamic environments

• Act as a central interface between leadership, project owners, and key stakeholders

• Support documentation standards and establish effective knowledge management across projects

• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in parallel while maintaining clarity and focus

• Ensure projects stay aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable impact

What you bring to the team:

• 5–8 years of experience in project management and strategy execution

• Proven, hands-on experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

• A generalist mindset with strong strengths in organization, coordination, and project steering

• A track record of successfully delivering transformation projects in high-growth environments

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including communication at C-level

• A structured, self-driven, and resilient working style in fast-paced settings

• Strong team player mentality with high ownership and accountability

• Tech affinity with a clear understanding of the business impact of your work

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously

• Confident communication skills in German and English (fluent / negotiation level)

• Willingness to travel as required
