Recruiter (m/f/d) - Quantum Frontline Industries

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model.

As a Recruiter / People Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the growth of our organization. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and an exceptional candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).

• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

• Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in HR systems.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

What you bring to the team:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and modern recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking tools.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital collaboration platforms.

• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a candidate-centric mindset.
