As a Senior Controller – Reporting & Insights, you will own and continuously elevate the company’s management reporting and insight generation. Your mission is to transform financial and operational data into clear narratives, actionable insights, and decision-ready reporting for senior leadership.

You will be responsible for building and refining state-of-the-art reporting standards, ensuring consistency, transparency, and relevance across all outputs. This role goes beyond compiling numbers — you will connect the dots across the business, challenge assumptions, and provide the “so what” behind performance.

Working closely with FP&A, Accounting, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that reporting becomes a true steering tool, not just a retrospective exercise.

Operational Excellence & Automation

  • Continuously improve reporting processes, structures, and outputs towards best-in-class standards

  • Drive automation and standardisation of reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase speed

  • Collaborate with BI and data teams to enhance reporting capabilities and data models

  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across all reporting outputs

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, and business teams to align on data, definitions, and messaging

  • Challenge and refine inputs from stakeholders to ensure high-quality, decision-relevant reporting
