Senior Infrastructure and Office Manager (m/f/d)

As a senior Infrastructure and Office Manager, you will be a key part of our Office Management team to facilitate daily operations and manage the growth demands of Quantum-Systems. Together with our World-Class-Team, currently 400 team members, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies.

You will be working closely with stakeholders from the company management, Operations, Security, IT and Office management departments to provide resilient and functional facilities and offices to the employees of Quantum-Systems - your mission will be a powerful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Manage infrastructural growth projects locally in Gilching as well as across Europe

• Support stakeholders in preparation and project management of growth projects and adaptions to new needs

• Coordinate repair and maintenance of all facilities with internal coworkers and external service providers

• Overwatch expenses, request quotes, assign and supervise external service providers for infrastructure projects at Quantum’s premises and facilities

• Identify and prioritise daily needs and coordinate facility managers in their daily tasks

• Support central office management, and manage a local office with reception by yourself

What you bring to the team:

• You have completed a degree in the field of reception or office management or a comparable training title

• You already have at least 10 years of professional/practical experience in office management and/or facility project management

• You are interested in traveling and open for international cooperation and new fields of development

• Due to your open, communicative, friendly and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.

• Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
