Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing the entire value chain—from demand planning and procurement to supply chain coordination and global logistics. With your strategic mindset and strong organizational skills, you will ensure our supply chain operates efficiently, even in a highly dynamic market environment.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Analyze inventory levels, forecasts, and demand, and derive appropriate actions.

  • Plan, manage, and continuously optimize the flow of goods and information across the entire supply chain.

  • Plan and oversee purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of materials and components.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Sales.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare meaningful reports and analyses.

  • Identify supply chain risks, such as supplier shortages, geopolitical developments, or transportation disruptions, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

  • Implement digital tools and process improvements to continuously optimize our supply chain.


What you bring to the team:

  • A completed degree or vocational qualification in a technical or business-related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable discipline.

  • At least three years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Materials Management.

  • Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.

  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Technical understanding, ideally in the field of maritime and robotic systems.

  • Knowledge of contract management, particularly regarding work contracts, is an advantage.

  • Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

  • Strong technical interest combined with a structured, independent, and proactive way of working.

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.

  • High level of self-motivation and initiative.

  • Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
