Supply & Production Planning Manager

We’re looking for a structured and analytical professional to develop and own our Supply and Production Planning function.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse to ensure manufacturing continuity through effective planning and coordination.

This role is about shaping planning processes and managing risks — not just running systems.

  What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ownership of end-to-end Supply and Production Planning processes

  • Transform inventory data into actionable insights, preventing shortages, excesses, and frozen capital

  • Define, maintain, and optimize planning parameters to ensure accurate, business-aligned MRP results

  • Analyze planning outputs and drive business decisions based on real risks and priorities

  • Align plans across Procurement and Production, ensuring feasibility and cross-functional coordination

  • Drive continuous improvements and manage exceptions to maintain stable, predictable operations

What you bring to the team:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Supply, Production, and Inventory Planning using ERP systems with MRP

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes within a manufacturing environment

• Proven experience in launching, running, and improving MRP processes, including analysis of planning results

• Solid knowledge of MRP mechanics and the ability to manage planning exceptions and ad-hoc situations

• Experience participating in S&OP / planning meetings and working with cross-functional stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to build and own planning processes or functions, including forming effective teams
