Working Student - Legal (m/f/d)

As a Working Student in the Legal department, you will become part of our dynamic team and support our legal department in exciting and diverse tasks across a wide range of legal issues. You will gain exclusive insights into the varied responsibilities of an in-house counsel in the forward-looking field of Defence & Tech – a unique opportunity to learn hands-on and actively contribute!

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Conduct legal research on a wide range of issues

• Support day-to-day tasks in drafting and reviewing contracts

• Update and maintain contract templates

• Implement and manage the contract repository using DocuSign CLM

• Prepare documents for due diligence reviews and coordinate with notaries and internal stakeholders

What you bring to the team:

• Student of Law or Business Law

• Interest in contract law topics within the commercial sector

• Ideally, some experience in the legal department of an internationally operating company

• Knowledge of DocuSign CLM is a plus

• Careful, structured, and highly independent working style

• High reliability and sense of responsibility

• Fluent German and English skills (negotiation-level)
