In this last part of the process, if your previous interview was conducted online, we'll extend a warm welcome to our headquarters in Gilching.
Here, you'll have the chance to explore the facilities, meet your future supervisor and colleagues, and engage in a more informal conversation. This session allows both parties to gain insights into the prospective working relationship.
This stage might include meeting people from the leadership team.
Here we decide for each other.
A final call and a short feedback session seal the deal.
Then it's time to sign the contract and other necessary documents.
