ECAD Library Administrator (m/f/d)

As a ECAD Library Administrator, you will be a member of our Hardware R&D team, managing and maintaining the electronic component libraries used in electronic design automation tools. These libraries are essential for designing and simulating electronic circuits and systems.
Working with our world-class team of 20+ people, you will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will work closely with stakeholders from all areas of development to ensure they have optimal software setup and utilize the software to it's full potential.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Maintenance of an ECAD library for electrical components in cooperation with the Engineering, Quality, and Procurement department

• Creation and management of electrical, and electromechanical components and assemblies based on data sheets, drawings, and process data

• Support and control of hardware development with regard to cost-effectiveness and procurability of component

• Technical support of procurement by analysis of alternative component

• Obsolescence management of the component library

• Contact and exchange with distributors and manufacturer

• Support for quality assurance and certification (CE, FCC)

• Collaboration in the further development and optimization of the product development process

What you bring to the team:

• Degree in the field of electrical engineering or electronics.

• 3+ years of experience in the field of electronics development/ECAD library management.

• Good knowledge of electronics and digital circuit technology. Good knowledge of the current state of the art in the field of electronic hardware

• You are also interested in model aircraft construction, copters, robotics, or embedded.

• Professional English.
