HR-Manager/ HR-Partner (m/f/d)

As an HR Manager, you will not only play a significant role within the People Team but also support the international growth of the company. You will oversee the Employee Life Cycle of our colleagues and lead initiatives for employee engagement to create a fantastic employee experience. With your dedication, you will make a significant contribution to our unique culture.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Trusted partner for our teams and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, offboarding
• Identifying employee-related challenges in your own business unit and independently developing and implementing appropriate HR measures
• Design, development and implementation of key projects in the area of Performance, Learning & Development: e.g. further development and implementation of the annual 360° feedback, responsibility for employee surveys, development of clear career paths
• Designing, managing, and implementing key HR projects in areas such as Performance & Feedback, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits
• Support in the development of a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that is aligned with the company's objectives
• Continuous optimization of our existing global HR processes/policies to develop company growth and increase efficiency in the team
• Supporting and managing operational HR matters (e.g., payroll, absences, employment contracts, etc.) and assisting in the implementation of an HRIS tool

What you bring to the team:

• You already have several years of professional experience as an HR business partner/ HR officer or similar, preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment and are passionate about innovative HR topics
• You have experience and enjoy planning, executing and implementing projects as part of people teams
• You have good knowledge in the implementation of performance, learning & development initiatives as well as experience in using HR/people enablement tools such as Leapsome
• You are hands-on, structured, results-oriented and have a passion for People & Culture topics as well as a high sense of responsibility
• You have a high level of social competence and impress with your discreet and confident manner when working with all stakeholders
• Communication in English is a matter of course for you
