Intercompany Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

As Intercompany Key Account Manager (m/w/d) you will play a decisive role in the further development of our international subsidiaries. You will act as a link between the organization in Germany and the international subsidiaries and help to ensure that day-to-day operations abroad run smoothly.

You will report directly to the Director Operations and work closely with stakeholders from all subsidiaries and business units. Right from the start, you will take responsibility and be allowed a high degree of autonomy while being part of an outstanding international team.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• You are the first point of contact for the international subsidiaries and business unit and are responsible for their operational development.
• You coordinate various requests & tasks within the organization and monitor them & ensure their timely implementation.
• You are responsible for the further development, implementation & management of the expansion of the international Service Center Operations.
• You consult & support the international companies in the establishment & further development of operational procedures & processes.
• You act as professional, organizational & technical support for all questions that arise.
• You organize & ensure the entire supply chain of the subsidiaries.
• You work with cross-functional & cross-organizational teams to meet international customer needs.
• You manage & conduct the trainings & briefings for the international teams.

What you bring to the team:

• You are used to communicating, mediating and finding good solutions even at C-level.
• You have a technical or business degree or have completed vocational training.
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Operations and fulfilment are your passion.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic thinking & acting is a matter of course for you.
• Communication is your strength, and you enjoy working in an international context.
• You like to think outside the box and recognize potential in structures and processes.
• You are very customer-focused, committed and assertive.
• You love to work in a structured way and are interested in the topic of drones or aerospace.
• Communication in German and English is taken for granted.
