Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d)

As Senior IT Administrator, you will be a key part of our infrastructure team that is responsible for ensuring smooth and secure company operations in Germany and Europe. We are looking for a strong all-rounder who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to our innovative projects. What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring their optimal performance.

• Manage and support virtualization environments, particularly Hyper-V.

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Intune and Jamf.

• Ensuring the security and integrity of our company infrastructure.

• System hardening of ground control stations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.

• Provide day-to-day helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for end-users.

• Support and maintain three operating systems: Windows, Apple, and Linux.

• Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users, ensuring they understand and can implement the solutions provided.

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience in IT administration, with a strong understanding of networking, MDM, and server management.

• Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• A proactive mindset towards IT security and infrastructure management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
