Associate Quality- & Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

As a Junior Quality & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in our Quality & Compliance Management team, ensuring the maintenance and further development of our existing quality management system according to customer requirements and certification standards. With our world-class team, you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will work closely with stakeholders from all areas within the company as well as externally to meet both internal and external requirements and maintain existing certifications. With your structured and independent working style, you will support Quantum-Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Maintenance and further development of the existing quality and compliance management system.
• Support and assist in both external and internal audits to maintain our DIN EN 9100 certification, as well as follow-up on recommendations or deviations with the responsible parties.
• Assist in creating and modifying processes throughout the company.
• Write and manage documented information.
• Plan and conduct training for employees and maintain the competence matrix.
• Manage testing equipment, including conducting tests and approving them for use.
• Procure, renew, and distribute first aid materials.
• Assist in reporting accidents and other communication with the professional association.
• Be the point of contact within the company for quality and compliance management questions.

What you bring to the team:

• You have a technical education or degree, ideally with further training in quality management.

• You already have some experience in implementing quality and compliance management, ideally in the aerospace, aviation, or defense industry.

• You are interested in aircraft, model making, or drones.

• With your open, communicative, friendly, and persistent demeanor, it’s easy for you to be recognized as an internal expert.

• You bring a high level of reliability and impress with your independent working style.

• Communicating in English and German is no problem for you.
