As Lead Technician, you will be a key part of our Production Team, driving the launch and success of our new multicopter production line based on cutting-edge technologies from Ukraine.

You will be directly involved in the production process, planning and assembling drones from prefabricated components with precision and care, ensuring each unit meets our high-quality standards.

You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Quality Assurance, and Flight Test, as well as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Planning and preparing the assembly process for the Technician

  • Plan shifts, allocate personnel across workstations, and balance workload.

  • Working on assembly process optimization and constant improvements.

  • Working as a highly skilled technician to unblock bottlenecks, set up processes, and onboard newcomers (especially at the early stage of setting up production).

  • Maintain records in ERP systems of serial numbers, batches, and defect registration.

  • Ensure availability and functionality of tools/equipment; monitor calibration.

What you bring to the team:

  • Completed degree or apprenticeship in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or related).

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar production environment, ideally in UAV manufacturing.

  • Ability to read technical documentation: wiring diagrams, routing cards, SOPs.

  • Experience with ERP systems (MRP/Quality/Maintenance modules).

  • Strong self-organization and sense of responsibility.

  • Leadership skills: managing shifts of 5–15 people, communication, and mentoring.

  • Electrical or mechanical skills.

  • Basic skills of communication in English or German

    • Ukrainian language as a significant plus
