Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Manager to join our Ukrainian office. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of key projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your Day-to-Day Mission:

• Manage projects in Jira, including detailed planning and tracking.

• Scope includes R&D projects and operational projects.

• Break down projects into stages and tasks, assigning responsibilities and deadlines.

• Prepare and approve project budgets.

• Communicate effectively with teams in Germany and Ukraine.

• Coordinate with contractors and manage all project-related documentation.

• Conduct project rituals and maintain team alignment.

• Provide regular status reports on project progress.

• Participate in recruitment for R&D roles in Ukraine.

• Develop and agree on overall and monthly project budgets.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within R&D or operations-focused environments.

• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking, task management, and team coordination.

• Strong budgeting skills with experience preparing and managing project budgets.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with international teams, particularly across Germany and Ukraine.

• Experience working with external contractors and managing project-related documentation.

• Familiarity with project management rituals (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and reporting processes.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in task breakdown and deadline management.

• Experience in recruitment or team-building, especially for R&D roles, is a plus.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or Ukrainian is advantageous.

• Independent, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex, multi-faceted projects.
