Recruiter (m/f/d)

As a Recruiter, you will be a key part of our TA team that supports the growth of Quantum-Systems in Europe. Together with our great team of 3 members, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies by hiring great talents.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process with the stakeholders and create an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gain a unique understanding of open positions

• Work as a brand advocate at career and professional events, as well as online space

• Propose, plan, and deliver talent-related projects (like Podcasts, open-door day, career page improvements)

• Develop individual and target group-specific sourcing strategies and identify/approach candidates via active Sourcing

• Utilize tools, programs, and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates

What you bring to the team:

• You already have several years of working experience within Recruiting (preferably Engineering or production Recruiting).

• You are familiar with Active Sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and other sourcing channels.

• Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.

• Fluency in English and German, additional languages as a plus.
