Fulfillment Specialist (m/f/d)

As a International Fulfillment Specialist, you play a key role in our Fulfillment Team and serve as the primary point of contact for our entities abroad. Working with our world-class team of currently 10 members, you will play a crucial role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will work closely with stakeholders from production and procurement to ensure the timely supply of materials to our sister companies. With your commitment and experience in supply chain or key account management, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to set the standard for airborne data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Ensuring the material supply for our entities.

• Close coordination with production to meet agreed delivery deadlines.

• Close collaboration with each entity to develop meaningful demand planning and approaches.

• Continuous development of intercompany processes.

• Project work to drive the sustainable development of the entire Quantum Systems Group.

What you bring to the team:

• A completed degree or vocational training in supply chain management or logistics

• Interest in process optimization and intercultural collaboration

• Experience in export control and customs regulations

• An open, communicative, friendly, and competent demeanor that makes you a recognized internal expert

• A high level of self-motivation and the ability to independently drive your area of responsibility forward

• Fluent communication in English is a given for you
