Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

As a Supply Chain Manager you will be part of our supply chain team and be a key function in supplier selection, procurement and ensuring availability of goods in production. With our world-class team, currently 5 team members, you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will work closely with stakeholders from production planning, fulfillment and product management. The main focus will be on making the right goods available, in the right quantity and at the right time. With your excellence in supply chain management, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Planning and development of an efficient and seamless supply chain.
• Support throughout the entire life cycle of the supplier relationship, including selection and development.
• Procurement of products and services in line with costs, deadlines and quality.
• Monitoring of inventories and delivery dates for series production.
• Identification of improvement potential in the supply chain and its sustainable implementation.
• Supporting the regular evaluation of supplier performance in collaboration with the purchasing department.
• Support with regular supplier audits.

What you bring to the team:

• You have a degree/completed training in supply chain management, industrial engineering or business administration.

• You already have at least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, purchasing or materials procurement.

• You are interested in technical topics and love to work in a structured and independent manner.

• Your open, communicative, very friendly and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.

• Communication in English and German is a matter of course for you.
