
The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week. So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.
We are looking for a technical support specialist with experience in the UAV field. Your main responsibilities will include deep technical problem analysis, incident investigation, bug research, close collaboration with the R&D team, and continuous improvement of support processes. This role is for someone already familiar with how drones work and, ideally, has experience developing drone-related solutions.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Analyze complex technical incidents and identify root causes
Test hypotheses, detect and document bugs
Review telemetry, flight logs, and other technical data
Communicate with the manufacturer and internal technical teams to resolve issues
Prepare reports, technical documentation, and recommendations
Collaborate closely with the first-line support team: share knowledge and support escalations
What you bring to the team:
Experience working with drones (as a user, developer, or technical specialist)
Understanding of UAV systems: navigation, communication, electronics
Experience in technical analysis, root cause investigation, and log analysis
Strong logical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving
English level — B2 or higher (for communication with the international team and documentation)
Native Ukrainian
