System Analyst

The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week.

So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

As a System Analyst, you will drive improvements across our VTOL drone systems through deep analysis and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll identify system requirements, validate test cases, and analyze results to uncover insights and ensure product quality.
Working closely with cross-country team of QA, and engineering, you’ll help integrate global best practices and shape reliable, high-performing solutions—advancing Quantum Systems’ mission in aerial data intelligence.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Analyze existing problems and formulate working hypotheses 

• Research global best practices, continuously monitor news in relevant domains, and analyze the potential for their implementation or integration with the Company’s products 

• Identify and describe functional and non-functional business and technical requirements (BRD/FRD) 

• Create and validate test cases 

• Directly conduct testing and participate in testing performed by other departments according to test cases

• Aggregation of test results and their initial processing using appropriate methods (mathematical, statistical, etc.)

• After action review and preparation of reports

• Collaborate with development, QA, design, and engineering teams 

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor education in IT, aviation, electronics, or systems analysis

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in systems analysis methodologies (e.g., HSM, OOA, Lean)

• Experience working with complex technical systems

• Background in aviation, robotics, UAVs, or IoT (preferred)

• Experience with hardware-related requirements (preferred)

• Understanding of data transfer and radio communication protocols (preferred)

• Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Jira, draw.io, MS Office, Git

• Experience creating documentation (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, technical specifications)

• Familiarity with APIs, data protocols, and databases

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Structured, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments

• Effective teamwork with engineers and developers

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
