Technical Content & Enablement Manager (m/f/d)

You ensure that our international service teams and partners are always well-informed and properly trained. Acting as the link between Product Management, Customer Support, and Service, you are responsible for all aspects of technical documentation and training for our entire UAV product portfolio.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Create, maintain, and further develop maintenance and service manuals for our product range

• Develop maintenance and repair instructions for internal technicians and external service partners

• Produce and manage training and repair videos to support workshops and onboarding

• Actively contribute to building our enablement program for international service locations

• Manage documentation and training projects, including scheduling and coordination with Product Management, Customer Support, and Service teams

• Ensure quality, consistency, and up-to-date information across all technical documents and media

What you bring to the team:

• Degree or vocational training in Technical Documentation, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in technical writing (manuals, guides, online help, videos)

• Ideally, experience in maintenance, mechatronics, and UAV software

• Strong ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, user-friendly content

• Project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Structured, self-driven, and hands-on working style

• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
