Technician Production/ Electronics/ Manufacturing (m/f/d)

As a Production Technician, you will be a significant key function of our team to produce our technically complex UAS. With our world-class team, currently 30 team members, you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.
You will work closely with system, testing and prototyping stakeholders to deliver our products to our customers on time and with the right quality. In doing so, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Assembly and commissioning of vertical take-off and landing-capable aircraft drones.
• On-time completion of products according to work instructions.
• Inspections and tests during production as well as fault analyses and repairs.
• Responsibility for the quality of the manufactured products.
• Documentation of each production step to ensure the traceability of components and products.
• Support in the development and updating of work and test instructions
• Continuous further development of processes in the production area and responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of responsibility.

What you bring to the team:

• You have completed training in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, electrical engineering or similar.

• You already have professional experience in the field of production.

• You have good to very good knowledge of electronics, cabling and working with fiber composites.

• You are interested in flying and building models and ideally have basic knowledge of programming.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.

• Your open, communicative, friendly and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert by your colleagues.
