Intern - Event Management (m/f/d)

As an Event Management Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts - bringing our brand to life through unforgettable experiences. You’ll help design and execute events that captivate our audiences and showcase the groundbreaking potential of our drone technology.

Working hand in hand with our world-class marketing team - as well as collaborating with sales and customer success - you will help to create meaningful connections with potential customers and partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening the Quantum Systems brand and accelerating our mission to become the global standard in aerial data collection with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support in business event management (congresses, trade fairs, customer events), in both the planning of events (including procurement processes, logistics, ensuring the availability of marketing materials, etc.) as well as onsite support on the day of.

• Researching suitable suppliers with regard to equipment for the planned events and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Responsible for researching and ordering giveaways and contact person for internal enquiries. 

• Active participation in the operational processes of the marketing department.

What you bring to the team:

• You are studying business administration, marketing, communication sciences or a related degree programme, or you are attending a relevant training program, and have already gained your first experience in organizing or supporting events. 

• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to support with booth setup, logistics, carrying materials, and anything else needed to ensure smooth event execution. 

• You are highly self-motivated, well-organised, and able to drive your responsibilities forward independently in a structured manner. 

• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience, have an affinity for numbers and are confident with MS Office. 

• Your open, communicative, friendly and competent demeanour makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert by your colleagues. 

• Communication in English and German is a matter of course for you. 

• You have a driving license and the willingness to drive the company pool car to tradeshows and events within Germany.
