As a Senior Sales Manager in the “Blue Lights” division, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of public safety. Your mission: bring life-saving technologies to where they’re needed most – police, fire departments, emergency services, and other civil responders across Europe. With your expertise and eye for innovative solutions, you’ll drive the adoption of cutting-edge drone technology – combining hardware, software, and AI – directly into real-life operations. You’ll operate at the intersection of tech, trust, and responsibility, helping teams on the ground respond faster, coordinate smarter, and stay safer. You’re not just selling a product – you’re delivering solutions that can save lives in critical moments.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote drone-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance solutions across hardware, software, and AI for civil emergency services

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in police, fire, EMS, and other public safety organizations

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to create tailored, value-driven solutions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure full lifecycle support – including in-service support agreements

  • Host demos, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and real-world applications of our drone technologies

  • Lead proposal creation and contract negotiations with end users and procurement agencies

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of your sales initiatives

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

  • Generate sales forecasts and performance reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

  • Support marketing teams with insights and content to strengthen outreach and campaigns targeting civil emergency services


What you bring to the team:

  • A completed degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in the drone tech or public safety sector

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, relatable way

  • High willingness to travel across Germany and Europe

  • Fluency in German and English – additional European languages are a plus

  • Self-driven and results-oriented

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A true team player with solid interpersonal abilities

  • Able to manage multiple projects under pressure while staying organized and focused
