Working Student - Global Sales Office (m/f/d)

As a Working Student (m/f/d), you are a central part of our Global Sales Office and work closely with the Director of Sales at Quantum Systems as well as the Sales Managers of the Global Sales Office. Your role is to support the team in their daily work – from preparing international customer visits to assisting with proposals and overviews. In doing so, you actively contribute to achieving our global expansion goals.

You will also act as an interface to other departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, gaining insights into how sales is managed professionally in an international high-tech environment.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support of the Global Sales Office in international sales management: Preparation of briefings, overviews, and decision templates.

• Business Development: Assistance in modeling go-to-market strategies, including international partnerships and collaborations.

• Global Sales Management: Coordination and support of operational subsidiaries from a sales perspective.

• Proposal Support: Contribution to the creation, structuring, and preparation of international proposals and presentations.

• Visit and Meeting Preparation: Organization, coordination, and content preparation for customer visits, delegations, and international sales meetings.

• Travel Support: Assistance with planning and coordinating travel, including scheduling and preparation of materials.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintenance of overviews, preparation of sales reports, and support in KPI evaluations within the CRM/ERP system.

• Materials & Presentations: Creation of customer-specific presentations, handouts, and sales statements.

What you bring to the team:

• You are currently studying Business Administration, International Business, Political Science, or a comparable field of study.

• Interest in technology, international markets, and business development.

• You are privately interested in technology / technical products and have an affinity for the govermental market.

• Confident and friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.

• Communication in German (C1) and English is a matter of course for you.
