Change Manager (m/f/d)

As a Change Manager, you will be a significant key function of our operations team and will be responsible for the entire change management process. With our world-class team, currently 8 team members, you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will work closely with stakeholders from product management, production, purchasing and development to ensure the implementation of changes from development into the series process. To ensure a smooth production process, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for data collection solutions with unmanned systems (UXV).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Assumption of responsibility for the change management process including coordination between product management, supply chain, quality assurance and production.

• Creation and modification of parts lists in Oracle NetSuite.

• Ensuring material availability for changes in series production and product start-ups together with the purchasing department.

• Controlling the start-up of the change in the production process.

• Monitoring the end of life process and ensuring material availability until the end of support.

• Further development of the change management process.

What you bring to the team:

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering, business administration or supply chain management.

• You already have at least 2 years of professional experience in a technical environment.

• You are interested in production processes and their comprehensive interrelationships, including with other departments.

• Your open, communicative, very friendly and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.

• Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
