Compliance Specialist (m/w/d) - Quantum Frontline Industries

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model.

We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and responsible person to help us build and strengthen our compliance and governance setup. In this role, you will work across internal teams and with external advisors to help ensure that key processes, policies, and documentation are clear, reliable, and well-organized.

What is your day-to-day mission?

  1. Compliance & Governance

  • Support the build-out and continuous improvement of compliance and governance structures

  • Create internal policies, processes, and controls, and support their implementation

  • Coordinate and document compliance-relevant topics and decisions

  • Contribute to a strong risk management and internal control environment

2. Contract & Process Support

  • Support contract management (especially standard contracts) in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors

  • Help ensure documentation standards and formal requirements are met

  • Maintain clear and structured records of key compliance-related documents and processes

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal functions (e.g. HR, Finance, Operations, IT) on compliance-related topics

  • Coordinate with external legal and specialist advisors where needed

  • Support training and awareness measures to strengthen compliance culture across the organization

What you bring to the team

  • Degree in law, business law, business administration, compliance, or a comparable field

  • Professional experience in compliance, governance, legal operations, risk, contract management, or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of legal/regulatory requirements in a business context (no full legal qualification required)

  • Structured and independent way of working with high attention to detail

  • High integrity, discretion, and reliability

  • Clear and professional communication style

  • Experience in a regulated, industrial, or fast-growing environment is a plus
