As a Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) for the commercial and governmental sector, you will be a significant key function of our Sales and Support Teams and the voice of the customer within Quantum-Systems. With our world-class team, currently consisting of 11 team members, you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will managing relationships with key commercial and governmental clients, including defense and public sector organizations. Your goal will be to drive customer success, promote engagement, and ensure long-term value for customers, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).


What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the proactive voice of the customer, ensuring their objectives and challenges are well-represented within Quantum Systems. You will stay up to date on product updates to advocate effectively for customers, particularly governmental clients.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key commercial and governmental clients. This includes understanding their unique needs, conducting strategic reviews, and helping customers achieve their goals with Quantum-Systems solutions.
  • Onboarding and Engagement: Lead the onboarding process for high-value customers and ensure smooth transitions across internal teams. Provide strategic guidance on training, ensuring operational success and alignment with security and compliance requirements for defense clients.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use customer data and feedback to anticipate challenges, optimize product usage, and improve customer satisfaction. You will provide recommendations for internal process improvements and align with customer needs.
  • Growth and Development: Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for growth, such as upselling and cross-selling products and services. You will also help build executive-level relationships to promote long-term customer engagement.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: As a senior member of the Customer Success team, you will mentor junior CSMs and contribute to shaping best practices, helping to foster a customer-centric culture.


What you bring to the team:

  • You bring a strategic mindset and experience in customer success or account management, particularly with governmental or defense organizations. A military background is highly preferred.
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills and are capable of engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends, and using insights to drive better customer outcomes and internal processes.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Support, Product Management, and R&D teams to align customer needs with company objectives.
  • You have proven experience in Change Management, driving and managing transformation initiatives for customers, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new solutions.
  • You enjoy mentoring and developing teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within Customer Success.
